PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM), certainly not standing still facing the auto market in 2010. Toyota will launch several line-up of products to the national car market.

PT EuroSport Auto selaku importir Lamborghini Indonesia yakin, sedan mewah seharga Rp 9,5 miliar itu bakal habis hingga akhir 2010. "Kami optimistis, masih beberapa bulan lagi," kata Brand Manager PT EuroSport Auto, Jimmy Rianto.

Versi lain, Lamborghini Gallardo Valentino Balboni habis sebelum peluncuran. Pasar Indonesia merespons baik jenis ini. Namun sayang, Indonesia hanya mendapat jatah dua unit. Gallardo

Selain itu, produsen mobil premium Mercedes-Benz juga akan menghadirkan 15 model dan varian baru di pasar Indonesia, salah satunya Viano, mobil keluarga premium saingan Toyota Alphard. Tak hanya mengimpor, bahkan Mercy memproduksi sedan premium C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, dan bus.

Sedangkan BMW siap menggaet konsumen berkantong tebal dengan tambahan 10 model dan varian baru. Salah satunya, kehadiran BMW X5 M di Indonesia pada akhir 2009 yang dibandrol Rp 2,2 miliar - Rp 2,4 miliar (off the road). Tak heran bila BMW Indonesia menargetkan pertumbuhan bisnis dua digit pada tahun ini.

beberapa hari yang lalu.. sepupu gw bertandang ke rumah.. menginap beberapa hari.. yang gw nggak kuat seh, mobinya itu loh !! mobil sport MAZDA RX 8... tau harganya ?? kurang lebih 500 juta rupiah bo !! dia bawa tuh mobil ke kantor gw.. diinepin di rumah gw malah.. hehe.. Memang kalo dari segi kesejahteraan, sepupu gw yang satu ini dianugerahi rejeki yang lebih dari cukup oleh Allah... sebagai anak dari pengusaha yang memiliki beberapa pom bensin, wajar lah kalo bisa beli mobil harga segitu.. tapi biasanya dia gak bawa tuh mobil.. biasanya kalo maen kerumah cukup low profile cuman bawa sepeda motor biasa.. mereknya honda atau yamaha gitu gw lupa.. kemaren dia bawa mobil ini untuk kedua kalinya kalo gak salah.. dan kali ini nginep pula.. hari sabtu, berhubung adek gw udah janji ama sepupu gw kalo dia nginep di rumah lagi bakal ditraktir, kecipratan lah gw bakal ditraktir jugak.. hehe..
abis isya gitu mulei jalan.. tujuan, platinum di PIM.. dan berhubung mobil rumah dibawa bokap nyokap ke kondangan, jadii akhirnya kita pergi pake tuh mobil RX 8.. ooowww... dari awal cabut seh gw udah pengen banget ngerasain tuh mobil.. maksudnya bukan cuman jadi penumpang, tapi jugak ngerasain jadi pengemudi.. selama ini, peluang gw bisa ngerasain mazda RX 8 cuman di game gran turismo doang di PS2.. gwaha.. tapi kali ini mobilnya nyamper beneran ke rumah.. like a dream com true..
isinya cuman bisa 4 orang, karena center clusternya terus nyambung ke belakang memecah bangku belakang jadi 2.. pintunya ada 4 seh, tapi pintu depan bukanya seperti biasa, dan pintu belakang bukanya ke belakang kayak model bajaj gituh.. interiornya mantep, ada sunroof pula, bener-bener mobil sport.. kemudian jadilah gw berangkat berempat, gw, sepupu, adek dan cowoknya.. saat berangkat gw jadi co driver ajah.. yang nyetir sepupu.. gw ngamatin aja dulu gimana caranya nyetir nih benda dengan baik dan benar..
naah.. pulangnya dari PIM jam 10an gitu deh.. gw pengen nyoba nyetir tuh makhluk.. "sini deh biar  aku yang bawa..!!''.. kunci pun diberikan.... uhuy !!! kesan pertama duduk di kursi driver ituh mantep banget, serasa jadi pembalap...  seatbelt kudu dipasang dulu, soalnya kalo langsung jalan tanpa memasang seatbelt, mobil bakal ngewarning dengan alarm, dan kalo tetep dipaksa komputer secara otomatis akan mematikan mesin mobil... oooww... canggih sekaleee !!! setelah berdoá dengan penuh harap bisa sampe rumah, gw pun tancep gas..
Bener-bener gokil.. tarikannya maut.. kalo lagi narik kenceng serasa naek jet coaster, ataw kayak pesawat mo take off.. namanya badan tuh langsung kehempas kebelakang... (kesannya gw belebihan banget yak.. hehe.. tapi iye memang begituh..).. gimana nggak.. wong untuk lari dari  0 sampai 100 km/jam cuman perlu 7 detik !! dalam pikiran gw, pokoke kalo bawa mobil ini gak ngebut percuma !! begitu masuk tol TB simatupang.. langsung gw tancep tanpa ampun.. haha.. penumpang udah pada menjerit-menjerit sambil ketawa-ketawa.. tanpa sadar, kecepatan gw udah nyampe 160 perjam.. enak banget nyodok sana-sini.. nggak berasa 160, serasa baru lari 90an.. gokil.. stirnya berat banget, jadinya stabil abiiiess.. sekarang gw baru bener-bener paham kenapa dari dulu sampe sekarang ada begitu banyak video games ber genre racing.. karena... ternyata NGEBUT ITUH ENAK !! tapiii... yah liat mobilnya jugak seh... hihihi..
tancep teruuusss...  nggak terasa, Pondok Indah ke  Pondok Gede cuman makan waktu 20 menitan.. hambatan berarti cuman polisi tidur komplek gw.. soalnya mobilnya ceper banget seh..
500 juta untuk sebuah mobil ?? hmm.. gw pribadi gak pernah terpikir.. untuk seorang ''guwe'' yang beli barang sejuta dua juta kudu mikir berpuluh kali.. abis kepikir kepingin pun gw pasti kudu nabung dulu.. hehe.. yaaah.. rejeki ada yang atur...
sering gak seh ketemu pertanyaan kayak begini: enakan mana ?? jadi orang kaya, atau jadi anak orang kaya ?? sebagian besar milih jadi anak orang kaya... kalo sekedar main pilih-pilihan, mungkin gw akan menjatuhkan pilhan yang sama.. tapi kalau memang itu pilihan yang bener-bener akan terjadi, gw akan memilih jadi orang kaya.. kenapa ?? karena orang kaya bener-bener paham dan tahu bagaimana caranya menjadi kaya.. andaikan suatu saat jatuh miskin pun, dia sudah punya modal catatan kegagalannya sebelum dia menjadi kaya ditambah ilmu cara menjadi kaya yang bisa dia pakai untuk menjadi kaya kembali..
sedangkan anak orang kaya, dari pengamatan gw sendiri sejak SMU sampe sekarang, spirit of fightingnya koq kebanyakan kurang yah ?? (gak bisa pukul rata seh..) tapiii, ya gitu deh kenyataan yang banyak gw liat... mereka memang kaya, tapi kurang mengerti gimana caranya itu supaya bisa jadi kaya.. tinggal nikmati ajah.. wong dari brojol udah kaya... hehehe...
harapan gw seh.. walaupun kita semua yang udah mampir di blog ini nantinya beneran jadi kaya raya, minimal kita kudu paham banget bahwa ada orang yang untuk makan sehari-harinya pun perlu ngutang...

IED Tesla EYE Concept

When it comes to concept cars, most of them look weird, feel weird and certainly do not look like they are going to come to fruit but the brand new IED Tesla EYE Concept is actually one car that I think is going to go through. This particular car – while different, is certainly a car that I am looking forward to seeing pushed through for production.

The cool thing about the IED Tesla EYE Concept is the fact that it is actually an all electric car, which is something that a lot of companies are focusing on right now. Another thing that is cool is that this car was actually created by IED students – which is another benefit of it, as these students are brilliant.

South Korean car producing company Kia introduced Sorento

The South Korean car producing company Kia introduced Sorento in the year 2002, as a 1st generation crossover suv model. But in 2009 the model Sorento was redecorated and initiated to the Korean market. The upcoming model was forecasted at New York Auto Show in 2009.

The old body structure was totally removed and now the new Sorento contains four – cylinder with aero-dynamic attractive body shape and sharp edge cutting layouts. As the body shape was changed, it also changes the weight of the car and it is 475 pounds now, which is much lesser than older models.

The engine is positioned in front with 4 wheel-drive system. But different segment of engines are available. The segments are 3.5l V6 Lambda II, 2.4L Theta II I4, 2.2 L R diesels I4. The engine is too powerful to drive in high speed performance and it is oil consuming, that’s mean more economic. Automatic and Manual, 6/5 transmission programs are also offered with this new second generation model.

The new generation Sorento obtains 2,700 mm (106.3 in) wheel base with the length of 4685 mm (184.4 in) and width of 1885 mm (74.2in) and 1,710 mm (67.3 in) height.

A latest feature like UVO is the main attraction of Kia Sorento. This UVO system contains infotainment with voice and touch activation module. Advance voice recognition, interface advance system, custom multi-media program, rear camera, regular update module are the basic feature of UVO.

Jaguar unveiled its latest edition of XFR in 2010

The master of sedan car manufacturer Jaguar unveiled its latest edition of XFR in 2010.The previous model of this sedan car was known as Jaguar XF sedan, but the XFR is effectively a restructured, enhanced and advanced version of the popular XF sedan.

The AJ-V8 engine has been updated from 4.2 to 5.0 liters with a result of 385 hp (287 kW) in the regular edition, and 510 hp (380 kW) in the superior edition, along with 461 lb·ft (625 N·m) of torque. The XFR is estimated to speed up 0-60 mph with in 4.7 seconds of time. The top speed of the car was electronically calculated at of 155 mph (249 km/h).

The high performance XFR model comprises a superior inferior frame with latest black-finished lattice with chrome outer air incoming system, unique body shape-coloured inferior spoiler including the 'R' cross of four large, dazzling extension pipes, 20-inch (510 mm)-inch Nevis wheelbase, total flexible crumb leather interior with colour options of Warm Charcoal, Warm Charcoal/Red Zone, Warm Charcoal/London Tan, and Ivory; Dark Oak veneer, 18x14-way regulating sports seats.

Scirocco that can make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3,4 seconds

How about a Scirocco that can make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3,4 seconds and the quarter mile in 11, seconds? Yes we are talking about a hatchback here. Ad this amazing numbers have been revealed by HPA Motorsport when they announced the Scirocco FT565.

The Canadian tuner announced the FT565 will use a twin-turbo3,2 liter V6 engine with an output of 550HP and a peak torque of 813 NM (that’s more than impressive considering the most powerful Scirocco develops a total of 200HP).

Besides the engine upgrade, HPA Motorsport will also offer new brakes and 19" wheels.
